This basement floor was previously used for storage. After a full renovation, the staff at Skiforeningen now have access to state-of-the-art tiled changing rooms with toilets, dressing rooms, showers and every facility. One of several projects in the same building - read also about Peisestua, where everything went smoothly.

A raw, characterful transformation: we took a former storage area in the basement and built it up into a complete changing facility for the staff. The material choices reflect both the ruggedness of the basement and the modern comfort the users deserve.
The staff changing room project covered everything from demolition to electrical and plumbing - the complete package. Layouts and everything else were worked out in close collaboration with Bjørn.- Technical manager, Skiforeningen

A changing facility is more than flat surfaces and fine mirrors. It is plumbing, heating, electrical, ventilation, floor drainage, moisture and hygiene - and it all has to work as one.
As a full renovation, we delivered the whole project: design, demolition, technical trades and fit-out - with a single point of contact for the client from the first site visit to handover. We took the same approach when the Royal Box was upgraded.

It is the details that set apart a changing room you rush through from one you actually want to use. Smart fittings, illuminated mirrors, integrated sockets and calm colours - all chosen with the people who are there every day in mind.
Energy control and lighting are handled with smart home solutions from CTM Lyng and Plejd for discreet comfort and lower energy use.

Layouts and everything else were worked out in close collaboration with Bjørn.
