Every building has a story. We map the original materials, techniques and architectural details before we begin - so the restoration builds on the building's identity rather than replacing it.
We carry out a site visit where we map the technical starting point and discuss your wishes and dreams. Having some material on the floor plans is important here. This gives us a solid basis for a quote.
We plan closely together with the client. As well as drawing up floor plans and selecting surface materials, we work in parallel on structural calculations and other technical engineering where needed. If a building application is required, we assist with that work - whether it is a straightforward case or a dispensation.
Everything old is removed, and the waste is sorted in line with the authorities' requirements.
Structure and technical systems are built according to the engineered solutions.
Completion, with all documentation handed over in the property file.
