We carry out a site visit where we assess the technical starting point and discuss your wishes and dreams. It helps to have some material on the layout to hand. This gives us a solid basis for a quote.
Planning
We do the planning closely together with the client. As well as developing layouts and selecting surface materials, we work in parallel on structural engineering and other technical design where needed. If a building application is required, we handle that work - whether it is a straightforward case or a dispensation.
Demolition & clearance
Everything old is removed, and the waste is sorted in line with the authorities' requirements.
