The couple from Heer were thrilled when they took over their new home in 2020, which included a bathroom that had been renovated the year before. Fourteen days later, a leak meant the bathroom had to be completely rebuilt.

A water leak just fourteen days after taking over a home is every homeowner's worst-case scenario. For the couple at Heer, it nonetheless became the starting point for a bathroom they could never have dreamed up on their own - this time done right, from the ground up.

After a visit to their home and an initial quote, we arranged a meeting with an interior architect for a 3D visualisation and a full walkthrough of the project. The design session was a turning point: within the hour, the couple fell head over heels for an image of a finished bathroom with exactly the tiles they had picked out.

The couple say they were open to anything at first, but once they saw the 3D visualisation they were completely sold. The final solution was a bright, airy bathroom with black contrasts - fixtures, details and selected surfaces that add depth against the light palette.

When asked what they were especially pleased with, the client points to the workmanship itself - not just the design choices.
I'm extremely happy with the tiles and the tiling, it's just superb craftsmanship. Everything looks really good.- Homeowner, Heer

From the very first meeting to final handover, the client found the process reassuring and predictable. «The whole process was well organised, and I met nothing but friendly, courteous people who kept their word every step of the way.»

They promised us a wow-bathroom, and that's exactly what we got.
